Q: I sent an email through the form on the site, when can I expect a response?
A: Every effort is made to answer all emails as quickly as possible, However with the volume of emails, it will take us a little while to get back to you. Usually, you should receive a response within a week’s time,  however it could take up to two weeks for you to hear from us.
It’s important for you to understand:
* Brent Atwater does not get these emails directly and if you send an email  with specific non Reading questions, Brent’s staff will try their best to provide you with answers.
* The email links provided are for questions related to tours, events, orders placed and international questions.
* Brent Atwater only answers personal questions in a Reading.


Q: If I purchase a ticket to any of Brent Atwater’s Events am I guaranteed a reading?
A: There is never a guarantee of a Reading when purchasing Tickets to any of Brent’s Events
